Meet Tiffaney Childers

Tiffaney Childers knows what it means to live through the unthinkable. After losing both of her parents to suicide, navigating chronic pain, and spending years surviving on autopilot, she found her strength in telling the truth — her truth. Today, she serves as a LOSS Team advocate, speaker, and author dedicated to helping others reclaim their lives after tragedy, silence, or emotional collapse.

Her work is grounded, real, and shaped by lived experience. She doesn’t promise quick fixes. She offers presence, perspective, and the courage to rise again, even when the pieces feel too heavy to carry.

Each week builds clarity, connection, and courage as you rise at your own pace.

Your 6-Weeks Outlined

The Rise Back Book Club gently guides you through six weeks of themed conversations, grounded reflection, and trauma-informed support. Every session includes a story from the book, a truth to hold on to, a guided prompt, and space to share if you choose. No pressure, no fixing — just community, compassion, and small steps forward.

Focus: Exploring the parts of your story you tucked away
What You’ll Experience: Gentle prompts that help you identify what went quiet after the pain — in your mind, your body, or your relationships.

Theme: Taking small steps toward yourself
Focus: Rebuilding rituals, identity, and emotional strength
What You’ll Experience: A look at what rising actually feels like (slow, gritty, and real) with supportive conversation around what your next step could be.

Theme: Sitting with what hurts in a safe, supported way
Focus: Understanding emotional and physical pain without being consumed by it
